Simply purchase any Kirin Ichiban at a participating venue displaying the promotion. You’ll receive a game card with a unique QR code (while stocks last).

Once you’ve played, you’ll instantly find out if you’ve won a prize, and you’ll also go into the draw for the major prize.

The legal drinking age in Japan is 20.
If the winner or their travel companion is 18 or 19, they can still enjoy the Kyoto trip, but the bar hopping tour will be replaced with an alternative experience arranged by the promoter.
If you win, you’ll see a message on screen immediately after playing the game.
You can enter multiple times, but there are a few limits:
- 1 entry per purchase
- 1 entry per person per day
- Up to 10 entries total during the promotion
Do I need to keep my game card?
It’s a good idea to keep it until you know if you’ve won, as it contains your unique QR code and entry reference.
The major prize draw will take place on 8 June 2026.
The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days and announced on the promotion website.
Travel must be taken between 16 July 2026 and 16 July 2027. Travel cannot be booked during Australian school holidays or peak travel periods.
To enter, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be a resident of Australia
Employees of the promoter, participating venues and related agencies are not eligible.
If you win a digital prepaid Mastercard:
- You’ll need to activate it within 2 months
- Once activated, it’s valid for 12 months
- Any unused balance after expiry will be forfeited
